Compounding Production Operator Job Duties:
- Set up, operate and monitor equipment used to mix/produce and package products.
- Measure, weigh, mix and process chemical ingredients.
- Monitor batches for quality and food safety parameters.
- Record production, sanitation and test data
- Draw samples for quality tests
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils and work areas.
Compounding Production Operator Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs., stand, bend and reach for prolong periods of time and climb stairs and ladders
- Will operator forklifts, agitators, homogenizers and drum tippers
- Comfortable working with chemicals and other bonding agents
