The FMD Production Operator is responsible for processing parts to customer specifications using various methods including, but not limited to deburring, inspection, finish machining, assembly, buffing, and blasting.
FMD Production Operator Responsibilities:
- Use a variety of measuring devices to inspect parts and verify conformance of work to specifications.
- Operate a variety of finish machining equipment including CNC machines.
- Sharpen and/or replace tools as needed.
- Perform light assembly.
- Wash, count and inspect parts.
- Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on equipment.
FMD Production Operator Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand documents such as blueprints, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write standard documentation.
- Ability to use a computer for daily activities, including data entry.
- Must demonstrate good hand-eye coordination.
- Must have the dexterity to work with small components.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
This is a Thurs/Fri/Sat every other Wednesday 5 am – 5:30 pm shift
