Our client, a world-class manufacturer of premium films for flexible packaging and thermal laminating applications, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join their team.
This position is responsible for territory management, proactive inside sales, and exceptional customer communication throughout the entire order process. Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, the Inside Sales Representative will nurture and grow existing accounts while also developing new business relationships to expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow an assigned sales territory through proactive communication and follow-up.

Develop strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery.

Identify sales opportunities and provide solutions to meet customer needs.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, applications, and competitive advantages.
Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Business or a related field, or 3–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in the converting or manufacturing industry).

Proven success in manufacturing customer service or inside sales.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.

Positive, self-motivated attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Only candidates with prior manufacturing customer service or inside sales experience will be considered.
