We’re looking for a personable, adaptable Customer Support Representative to join our clients small but busy parts warehouse. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key customer contact, taking orders over the phone and verifying web orders received via email
- Supporting customers with their online Experience
- Learn the order management system to handle the full life cycle of an order — from entry, picking, packing, shipping to invoicing.
- Communicate with customers and internal team members to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment
- Use Microsoft Office programs for communication, tracking, and reporting
- Assist with general office duties and support daily operations
- Cross-train in picking, packing, and shipping processes to help the team as needed

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data and details
