Administrative Support Job Duties:
- Operate phone system by answering, screening, or forwarding calls.
- Scanning match and batch ticket paperwork into the computer system.
- Monitor department email
- Other tasks as a back up to other team members: Data entry, UPS shipping
Administrative Support Position Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1-2 years prior experience in an office setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills i
- Outstanding file management and organizational skills are required.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 environment. Excel skills required.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail, accuracy and poise under pressure.
- Effective personal time management skills imperative.
