Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and break areas.
- Sweep, mop, and scrub shop floor to maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
- Collect and dispose of metal chips, scrap, and other production waste.
- Operate forklift to move waste bins and materials as needed.
- Operate floor scrubber and other cleaning equipment.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
- Perform general custodial duties in offices and facility common areas.
Qualifications
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred (manufacturing environment a plus).
- Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred; training may be provided).
- Ability to operate a floor scrubber and other cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
