Human Resource Generalist Job Description:
Under the direction of the Human Resource and Safety Manager, the Human Resource Generalist will develop, coordinate and maintain employment, benefit and administrative related programs.
- Process weekly payroll for production and office staff
- Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS System
- Recruit, interview and select candidates for positions within the company
- Oversee FMLA leave and process unemployment insurance paperwork
- Administer company benefits program
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resource and Safety Managers
- Assist in development and updates of compensation and training programs.
Human Resource Generalist Job Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent experience in a human resource related field
- Above average verbal and written communication and computer software skills
