POSITION PURPOSE: This position is responsible for assisting in the fabrication and production departments, performing duties based on business needs.

Prepare materials for welding Assist in set up of PTA’s Prepare vanguard flagpoles Drill, tap, cut and deburr product KIT Assembly assemble retainer rings Assist in flagpole operations department Produce cable assemblies Paint, inspect and assemble accessories Polish poles with lathe Assist with loading and unloading of trucks Assist in special projects as needed
