Part-Time Executive Assistant/Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and stakeholders
- Manage executive calendars, organize meetings, and schedule appointments
- Assist executives with travel arrangements
- Handle internal and external communications within a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and presentations to support the development of new projects and initiatives.
- Support strategic planning by assisting in the preparation of key materials and documentation related to the company’s growth.
- Maintain office organization, manage supplies and equipment.
- Provide administrative support for projects that includes but is not limited to coordinating with R&D teams and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR for onboarding tasks.
Part-Time Executive Assistant/Receptionist Job Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting Executive Staff.
- Knowledge of travel arrangements and executive scheduling
- Above average Microsoft Office Skills
