- Looking for a CNC programmer for both Mill and Lathe. Needs to have experience in some sort of programming software with Mastercam preferred. Would need to have had machining experience before they became a programmer. Person will also need to work on the floor if no work is needed in the office. They need to understand how to fixture parts and have good knowledge of tooling. Person will be working closely with machinists on floor so will need to have good people skills and be able to adjust on the fly to changing work conditions. Need to understand programming and machining parts in 3D. Most important is that the person has to have a good attitude and take the time to make the programs correct before the machinist gets it on the floor. Pay is 22-28 per hour for a 1st shift position normal week would be 40 hours 6-2:30 but will need to work more depending on volume of work and if something is needed for second shift. Interviews will need to be after 2pm.
