We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
setting up and operating 3-axis CNC machines to produce high-quality one-of-a-kind parts and
components for our Tool & Die shop. The CNC Machinist will work with a variety of materials and must
be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Essential Responsibilities:
• The CNC Machinist will set up and operate 3-axis CNC machines to produce parts and components.
• The CNC Machinist will also read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, etc. to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Perform daily machine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machines.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.
• Keep work area and machines clean and organized at all times.
• Additionally, this person must maintain a good attendance record, practice safe work habits and
follow general safety procedures.
Skills, Education and Experience Required:
• Three years of experience machining custom one-of-a-kind parts.
• Proficient understanding of G-code.
• Knowledge of cutting tool selection for highest efficiency and accuracy.
• Must possess a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently or as a team to accomplish common goals.
• Ability to communicate instructions to Teammates.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail.
